You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist in Eindhoven with Signify.We value the strong connection with our customers, as a Customer Order Specialist you are key in keeping our customers happy. We are currently strengthening our customer service activities in The Netherlands. Responsible for segments Retail & Hospitality, Office & Industry, Public, Trade & HortiLED.You’ll provide service directly to the customers by receiving, processing and monitoring incoming orders.You’ll lead the whole back office process: complex project orders regarding technical content and commercial correctness.You’ll manage all stakeholders (internal & external) during the operational project execution.You’ll support your colleague sales account manager (turnover and customer satisfaction) and also your assigned customers and projects;You’ll help increase customers satisfaction in the area of Order to Cash, improving Customer & Transactional NPSYou’ll provide pricing and delivery information and make sure the efficiency of the customer service process improves constantly.You’ll manage manual order creation for complex projects, including milestone delivery and billing schedulesYou’ll participate in multi-disciplinary internal projects as a representative of the teamMore about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:You’ve a bachelor or master’s degreeYou’re ambitious and eager to grow further; we welcome fresh graduates!You’re a native speaker Dutch and fluent in EnglishYou’re willing to understand the customer order execution cycle and you’re passionate about operational excellence.You’ve good knowledge of MS Office and SAPYou’re willing to become LEAN certifiedEverything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
