Job Description

Salary – Depending On Experience (entry level position)Length – 6 month fixed term contract (scope to extend)Working Hours - shift work rotation (includes working on the weekends & evening hours)Certification/Degree Required:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferredEssential skills:Applicants MUST be fluent in English, Hindi & UrduCustomer centric attitude and attention to detailCandidates must possess their own visa (Spouse or Golden) and medical insurancePrevious experience in a Call Center environment with a high focus on customer serviceKey responsibilities:Respond to incoming Calls within the agreed SLAAdhere to the approved Call Scripts while handling callsConduct proper Caller Verification as per established process, and ensure standard procedure is applied for any unverified CallersProvide Level 1 Troubleshooting support to Caller over the callEnsure all daily activities including Call-back requests and Daily Reporting are completed in a timely mannerMaintain confidential all the Customer and Calls data as handled part of the day-to-day activitiesRequirements:Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAbout the Role:We are looking for a team member, who can handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and friendly manner. The person should be familiar with usage and working of Mobile Apps (onboarding on the App, performing transactions and be proficient in resolving basic queries).This team member should be very comfortable to speak with customers on the phone with proficiency in English and be fluent in Hindi & Urdu. You should be able to handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving issues promptly and satisfactorily.
