With a strong focus on trauma-informed practice and high professional standards, InnerCamp has impacted over 2,500 facilitators and 100,000 individuals worldwide.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative with strong Virtual Assistant skills – someone reliable, organised, and genuinely caring about people’s experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our students and clients, ensuring communication is clear, efficient, and supportive. Alongside customer service, you’ll support our internal operations with administrative and coordination tasks that help the team run smoothly.
