We’re hiring on behalf of a UK based, leading digital health company that supports people in making long-term lifestyle changes. You’ll be part of a proactive outbound calls team focused on engaging members at key points throughout their health journey. This includes onboarding new members, checking in on weight readings, and providing general engagement and support. You’ll be working with a diverse member base, including those on our GLP-1 health programme and members referred through healthcare partnerships such as Vitality.About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in supporting members referred by their GP onto the weight management programme. Contract renewal dependent on performance.Working hours: Flexible within Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM GMT, dependent on your schedule and business needs Able to plan and set your work schedule two months in advance.Mandatory days: Wednesdays & Thursdays (remaining days and hours are flexible)Fully remote role Salary between 12500 - 15000 ZAR / month
