Key Responsibilities:Support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across teams. Translate data into actionable insights that help shape business and client outcomes. Analyse conversations, workflows, and performance trends to identify where communication or processes can be improved. Contribute to the development of dashboards, metrics, and reports that support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Continuously seek out opportunities to streamline and improve data processes and delivery. What we're looking for:A self-starter with a natural curiosity for data and problem-solving. Strong analytical thinker who can connect data insights to real-world solutions. Able to think critically and creatively, identifying where communication or operational gaps exist. Eager to learn new tools, adapt quickly, and grow in a collaborative team. Familiar with data processes and delivery, with an interest in applying this to business improvement. Bonus: Some exposure to Power BI, HubSpot, SQL, or analytics platforms (not required).
