We currently have over 1,000 employees headquartered in the UK with global offices in the US, EU (Belgium, Germany, France), Asia Pacific and South Africa.Key Responsibilities:Serves as a key resource for interpreting data and information; communicates results to team members Operates as a key contact between departments and IT to facilitate the delivery of business intelligence solutionsWorks closely with IT project managers and operations to coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensures deliverables are accurate and meet customer requirements. Utilizes business intelligence tools across all departments and functional areas providing detailed reporting and analysisAssesses analytics and reporting needs; in time providing recommendations for enhanced solutions and specifications for business intelligence toolsSupports the delivery of BI solutions to internal and external customersSupports prioritization of reporting needs across process areas to support deployment strategies and business needsSupports development of protocols to extract data in a standardized process from a variety of data sourcesSupports development and definition of data management standards and processes to effectively manage data through the reporting life cycleSupports data mining of customer and sales force information for all relevant market segmentsSupports development of prototypes and models for database, data integrations and data transformation needsMaintains and develops strong working relationships with business owners as a process advocateSupports creation of speech and presentation materials for members of the management teamKeeps abreast of healthcare trends and competitor activityRequirementsEvidence of strong analytic mind set and intellectual curiosity is essentialExperience with reporting and developing analytic solutions an advantageIdeally some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer science generally obtained through completion of a three/four year Bachelor's Degree programAbility to effectively participate in cross-functional problem-solving teamsPlanning, analytical and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and identify and apply appropriate solutions essentialGood business acumenExperience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server or Access) and data management desirableExperience with cloud-based data warehousing/engineering architecture (e.g. Microsoft Azure) desirableExperience with object-oriented programming (e.g. VBA, Python) desirableSome experience with statistical or maths packages (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS) desirable Experience with Alteryx Designer desirableExperience with Power BI or similar visualization software desirableKnowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Excel (expert) requiredBenefits27 days holiday, plus bank holidaysDiscretionary BonusPension contributions & Life Assurance schemeFlexible Benefits Platform with £25/month Company contributionAnnual salary reviewIndependent financial advice serviceEnhanced Employee Assistance ProgrammeShopping discounts with retailersLong service awardsRecognition scheme & employee of the year awardsInterested?
