Junior Data AnalystResponsabilities:Design, develop, and maintain financial, operational, and performance (KPIs) reports in Excel and Power BIConsolidate and validate information from ERP systems and internal databases.Generate reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for stakeholdersEnsure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in the delivery of information.Establish quality controls for the data (cleansing, reconciliation, and validation).Identify opportunities for improvement in repetitive manual reporting and finance processes.Develop automated solutions using Excel macros (VBA), SQL, Python, or other automation tools.Design interactive dashboards that enable visual and dynamic analysis of information.Document automated processes to ensure scalability and operational continuity.Requirements:Bachelors degree completedAdvanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced VBA Macros)3 to 5 years working in reporting, data analysis, or related areasFluent in EnglishIntermediate SQL (query optimization, data modeling)Design and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Qlik Sense)Basic programming in PythonKnowledge of finance/operations for KPI analysis is a plusAbility to analyze trends and generate insightsExperience improving and automating processesExperience generating recurring reports and designing new reports/dashboardsRecruitment packageDirect contracting by the companyBenefits Higher than those established by lawThis position works hybrid, commuting to office 4 times per week (location: Zapopan)
