Join our team of passionate experts to create the connected data networks that enable faster research, safer products, and better patient outcomes.How you’ll make an impact:You transform customer data from various formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, RDF) into Accurids’ target data model using standardized processes and tools.You collect, analyze, and validate all required product information and attributes from customers to ensure accurate and complete data transformation.You develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Python) to prepare and automate data transformations and interact with APIs.You document data models, mappings, transformation logic, and applied processes clearly and consistently.You contribute to proof of concepts (PoCs) and customer projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.You participate in customer meetings to align on progress, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth communication with project teams.What helps you succeed: You have a technical (Data Science, Computer Science) or Life Sciences (Biology, Physics) background — a formal degree (Bachelor/Master/PhD) is not strictly required. You bring first practical experience in data-related work such as data transformation, data preparation, or data processing.You understand (or are strongly motivated to learn) the context and meaning behind data, particularly in the pharmaceutical or life-science domain.Proficient Excel and at least basic Python skills are a must-have, especially for scripting and automating data tasks.It's a plus if you have knowledge of database / data warehouse technologies (e.g., Airflow, Snowflake) or are familiar with Semantic Web technologiesYou are a team player who collaborates effectively, contributes ideas, and shares knowledge.You think analytically and work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, quickly understanding complex data relationships.You are business fluent in English.
