Job Description – Junior Data Entry & HR Operations AssistantLocation: Cairo, EgyptDepartment: HR & AdministrationReports to: HR & Administration ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry & HR Operations Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates starting their career and looking to gain exposure to both data management and HR operations. The position will focus mainly on data entry (80%), with the remaining 20% dedicated to HR and administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry (80%)Enter and update information into company systems and databases accurately.Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Support in preparing simple reports and summaries for management.Assist with digital filing, scanning, and archiving of documents.HR Operations & Admin (20%)Assist the HR team with maintaining employee records and files.Support in onboarding tasks such as collecting documents and preparing new hire files.Help coordinate attendance, leave requests, and basic HR paperwork.Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).0–2 years of experience in data entry, admin, or HR support.Good command of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Positive attitude, organized, and eager to develop professionally.Working ConditionsWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMDays Off: Friday + 2 Saturdays off per month
