Apply today.The Role.GMC are currently looking for a Junior Data Support Administrator to join our team.This position is perfect for individuals with a strong investigative mindset, keen attention to detail, and a methodical approach to tasks.As a Junior Data Support Administrator, you will work closely with a senior Data Analyst, contributing to the collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting of data to support key business operations.Key responsibilities:Handle daily administrative tasks, such as collect and compile physical and digital information from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and relevance. Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare detailed reports of findings, maintaining accuracy and clarity for stakeholders s to support decision-making across the organization. Maintain organized records and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks that enhance overall delivery efficiency. Be the link between stakeholders and project teams, analysing business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance processes, systems, and solutions. Experience and skills essential:Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Share Point. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency. Experience handling sensitive data. Ability to calculate and interpret data. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns or irregularities in data. Good Communication and Time Management skills.
