The Design Team are responsible for product across the group to ensure they are designed and enhanced with a commercial focus.As part of the London design office, you will be a key part of the team focused on elevating and evolving some of the most important brands within the group such as Slazenger, Everlast, USA Pro and Jack Wills – creating a diverse range of clothing and products. They will have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to efficiently manage submissions and approvals.The Junior Designer for Frasers Group will research and highlight trends through all types of media, with a keen eye for the next big thing. They will adapt existing products, as well as designing and developing newness to keep our brands exciting. Reporting into the Head of Design, they will help to design, tech pack and develop directly with factories to bring the future of out brands to life. They will manage timelines efficiently, with a focus on cost and quality, and present their range to Commercial Managers.The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in 3D design, with proven experience in 3D modelling, AI development and new technologies to help us diversify and streamline our workload, whilst finding new and exciting ways to present across the business.Key Accountabilities.• Research, analyse and develop current products commercially but innovatively.• Create, develop and design new ranges for the relevant brand.• Maintain brand consistency with brand and customer profiles across all product groups.• Deliver innovative designs that are; functional, commercial and relevant to the brand.• Liaising with and supporting senior designers, brand owners, factories and suppliers to ensure relevant research, range plans, tech packs and development are clearly communicated.• Ability to design in 3D, experience in AI visual developments would be beneficial.• Ability and experience to design across performance, athleisure and casual wear.• Ability to create strong and concise tech packs with a great attention to detail.Qualifications• 2-5 year previous experience in a design discipline.• Excellent knowledge in full Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are a must).• Ability to generate new ideas and concepts.• Confidence in identifying problems and making suggestions to improve.• Project Management experience - proven track record of delivering complex projects.• Track record of using knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues• Track record of managing & delivering to time and cost• Experience in managing large volumes of SKUsAdditional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
