Junior Digital Communication Specialist, 9 months - Remote

A leading global technology company is seeking a Junior Digital Communication Specialist.This role can be performed remotely within Europe (except the UK). Candidates based in Denmark can also work in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport digital communication initiatives for customer experience programs — ensuring stakeholders are informed about new capabilities, enhancements, and timelines.Simplify complex information into clear, engaging messages tailored to various audiences.Collaborate with digital product owners to promote awareness and adoption of digital platforms and tools.Maintain and update internal content hubs (SharePoint).Create and deliver engaging content across multiple formats — newsletters, internal social media, videos, illustrations, and presentations — always adapted to the audience.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital communication or marketing.Strong writing and storytelling skills in native-level English.Proficiency in SharePoint CMS and experience with video tools (e.g., Microsoft Clipchamp).Excellent collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.Creative flair with a strong sense of design, layout, and typography.Up-to-date with current trends and best practices in digital communication and analytics.Proactive communicator with the ability to anticipate challenges and ensure smooth delivery.
