Junior Digital Product Integration Specialist

Job PurposeTo bring and achieve successful integration of ABA's digital payment products within the ecosystem of merchants, vendors, and third-party partners as well as serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of integration projects from planning to deployment stage.LocationHead Office, Phnom Penh (1 post).Major Areas of ResponsibilityWork with relevant internal and external teams to document and analyze business requirements from merchants, vendors, and partners in order to understand their needs for integrating ABA's digital payment products.Participate in creating project plans, work scopes, and detailed specifications for integration projects.Coordinate project execution with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely delivery of integration projects.Represent ABA Bank to project the digital payment vision, plans and provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders.Build strong collaborations with stakeholders throughout the whole process of integration from start to completion.Evaluate project success based on quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.Foster sustainable relationships with vendors and third parties.Support internal teams through technical training sessions on ABA's digital payment products.Stay up to date with ABA digital product enhancements, integration, and releases.Act as a role model within the team to question, listen and give actionable feedback carefully in order to create a productive work atmosphere towards “speak up culture”.Handle tasks assigned by Line Manager.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance Banking and/or related fields.Minimum one to two years of experience in digital product integration and/or relevant fields.Experience with software development scope or specification documentation is an advantage.Knowledge of integration technologies such as API operations, XML, JSON, and web technologies is an advantage.Basic understanding of technical concepts related to digital product integration.Understanding the Kanban Framework and product development lifecycles is an advantage.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities successfully.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.Ability to use and communicate in Khmer, English and/or other languages is advantage.
