Junior Drug Product Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our teams in Switzerland and support technical expansion and capacity increase initiatives within Drug Product Manufacturing to enable production ramp-up and operational excellence.Your ResponsibilitiesLead technical expansion and capacity increase projects within Drug Product manufacturing, ensuring smooth execution to support production growth.Provide technical expertise and input to project design, guaranteeing compliance with operational requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., EU GMP Annex 1).Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers, manage project governance, and ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in scope.Develop and implement best-practice processes in line with current industry developments and regulatory expectations.Oversee and manage change control, troubleshooting, and deviations related to new projects, equipment, and process modifications.Establish, review, and update operational procedures in close collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and quality departments.Your ProfileMinimum of 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, ideally within Drug Product operations.Proven track record in project coordination or management within a pharmaceutical environment.Experience with CAPEX projects and equipment qualification is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of cGMP principles and Annex 1 requirements.Fluent in English; German is considered a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.Agile and proactive approach, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and shifting priorities.
