This role offers a platform for personal and professional growth, allowing you to expand your expertise within a renowned automotive company.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo assist senior technicians and service advisors in day-to-day technical tasks and service operations, gaining hands-on experience.To analyze performance data and generate detailed reports for Team Leaders and Service Managers, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.To shadow an assigned trainer during the initial training phase, developing technical skills and familiarizing with company procedures.To participate in testing procedures, analyze results, and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for performance improvements.To coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of parts, systems, and resources required for ongoing projects.To stay current with the latest automotive industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations to continuously enhance technical knowledge.To collaborate with cross-functional teams on various engineering projects, ensuring compliance with automotive standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.To attend training sessions and workshops to continuously develop technical expertise and advance knowledge in automotive engineering.Ensure adherence & compliance with policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.Key AccountabilitiesSupport Technical Operations: Ensure timely and accurate assistance to senior technicians and service advisors, contributing to smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.Data Analysis and Reporting: Accurately analyze performance data and generate actionable reports for Team Leaders and Service Managers to drive operational improvements.Training and Development: Actively engage in shadowing and learning during the training phase, ensuring the acquisition of essential skills and knowledge for the role.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and technologies, ensuring the application of current industry knowledge in all tasks and projects.Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring all engineering projects meet automotive standards and quality expectations.Participate in ongoing training programs and workshops to continuously enhance technical expertise and stay current with industry advancements.Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.Qualifications/Requirements/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in engineering or technical role, preferably within the automotive industry.Experience or internship in the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.Strong foundational knowledge of automotive systems and engineering principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Valid UAE driving license is a plus.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
