This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 3-5years of experience in estimating, preferably within a consulting environment. The successful candidate will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, attend site meetings, and generate small quotes. Familiarity with estimating software such as WinQS or CCS is highly advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure quantities from drawings and specificationsPrepare and generate small quotes and cost estimatesAttend site meetings and conduct site assessmentsAssist in compiling tender documentationSupport the Senior Estimator with reporting and analysisMaintain organized records of estimates and project dataRequirements1-2 years' experience in estimating, preferably in a consulting environmentProficient in measurement techniques and quantity take-offsExperience With Estimating Software (WinQS Or CCS Preferred)Ability to attend site meetings and interact with clients and contractorsStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementRelevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (advantageous)Skills & AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive and eager to learnHigh level of accuracy and professionalismGood organizational and problem-solving abilitie
