Junior Executive - Video Content Creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the mentioned position at Enfection located in Kotte, Sri Lanka. This vacancy is an onsite, full-time position; however, we’re open to considering hybrid or part-time arrangements for the right candidate.Here are some of the responsibilities;Develop creative and highly engaging video content to grow TikTok, Shorts and Reels audience.Plan, shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and digital channels.Create eye-catching posts (videos, reels, stories, graphics, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.Work with Creative/Content/ Client Servicing teams to come up with new ideas and new ways to engage audiences and live creators through campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and present findings, identify trends and patterns.Be up-to-date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.Identify and be on top of the latest trends and technologies.Be creative and an idea champion.Key Skills/ExperienceExcellent knowledge in Reels,TikTok, Live Streaming and short form videos.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).Ability to use a phone to shoot and develop engaging content using the editing tools provided by the social media channels.Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.Creative thinking.Creative problem solving.Ability to spot latest trends.Ability to create fun and original social media content.Excellent communication skills.Solid organizing skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) will be an added advantage.The selected candidate will have the opportunity to;Be a part of one of the fastest-growing marketing transformation companies in South East Asia. Hands-on training and learning opportunities with some of the brightest minds in the digital field.A remuneration package that aligns with your skills and expectations.An open culture that is based on merit and constant opportunities for growth.Email your CV along with links to your videos that show us your creative skill (page/s you handle etc.) to careers@enfection.com.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
