With a seasoned team of professionals, the company focuses on generating consistent returns for its clients through rigorous research, cutting-edge technology, and a commitment to excellence.Job Summary:Our Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Junior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a key executive as well as the office manager. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive's daily activities and supporting the overall efficiency of the executive's team.Responsibilities:Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, schedule, and appointments, ensuring timely and appropriate allocation of time for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.Act as a gatekeeper, managing all incoming communications (phone calls, emails, and messages), prioritizing their importance and relaying critical information to the executive.Organize complex travel itineraries, including flights, visa requirements, accommodation and transportation.Assist office manager with all office operational duties. Assist in preparing materials, reports, and presentations for meetings.Interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally and respectfully, building and maintaining positive relationships on behalf of the executive.Collaborate with the executive and their team on various special projects, conducting research, data analysis, and preparing detailed reports.Work closely with other administrative staff and team members, providing backup support and assisting with broader team initiatives when necessary.Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roles in Financial Services or Asset Management firms supporting high-level executives.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.Ability to anticipate needs, demonstrate resourcefulness, and exercise sound judgment.High level of professionalism, adaptability, and discretion in handling confidential information.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work alongside senior executives at a renowned private equity firm.
