We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Marketing Team as Call Centre Executives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about APIIT programmes. You will maintain records of all communications and ensure a high level of professionalism in every interaction. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving student recruitment an engagement. ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming inquiries from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.Make outbound calls for follow ups and digital marketing campaigns.Record, track, and update all inquiries accurately in the system.Provide accurate information about APIIT programmes, entry requirements etc..Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy in all communications.Resolve basic issues or complaints efficiently and escalate when required.Support promotional and recruitment campaignsQualificationsStrong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skillsStrong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
