Junior Field Service Technician

Location: KazakhstanApply nowWhat you can expectWe are looking for a Field Service Technician who will be responsible for prepares, executes and supervises the entire field service with all required activities and is the main contact person towards the customer on-site.Travel is an essential part of the role, therefore a flexible approach with travel and overnight stays is a must.Responsibilities:Timely onsite preparation and shipping of inspection tools and equipment to workshops or other sites in cooperation with SCMCoordination and detailed time planning of required personnel, equipment, and mobilization (incl. travel and accommodation details)Performing HSE risk assessment onsiteVerifying the given tool specifications versus the operation conditionsChecking and initializing the inspection tool prior to launchingTracking the tool in operation together with the operators’ staffChecking data quality and completeness, back-up data on external mediaAssessing tool condition, report any damages and order needed spare partsPreparing tool demobilizationChecking any equipment used on-site and reporting any damagesCarrying out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructionsCreating reports on work progress, tool data and conditions, and onsite daily activitiesDeliver final reports, if applicableOn-site customer communication. What you will bringQualifications and Skills Required:Mechanically minded, good skills in assembling equipmentWillingness to travel as per operational needsTrouble shooting skills, ability to solve problems & look for improvementsResilience with the ability to adapt to frequently changing schedules and tight timelineAble to follow established internal & external HSE procedures, HSE mindsetWork individually, as well as in a team environment with minimum supervisionExceptional organization and time management skillsGood written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organizationFluent in both written and verbal EnglishA minimum 3 months experience as Field Service Technician or working in similar environments or recent graduates in a relevant technical or engineering fieldTrade Certificate (Technical or Electronics) is desirableAbility to work flexible hours with the potential of overtime (weekend) based on business needsHold a current Driver’s Licenseand a valid passport, with the ability and flexibility to travel frequently for work and/or training.
