This is a crucial role within XTB’s regulatoryframework and is essential to client satisfaction. You will be responsible for handlingclient deposits and withdrawals, which also includes transactional monitoring from acompliance perspective.There will be exposure to FCA regulatory requirements such as client money segregation,stock reconciliation, FCA reporting (financial reports) and FCA standard audits. As ajunior finance and operations, you will work closely with the finance manager and XTB’sCompliance Team.As an employee of XTB you will also be provided with a high level of investment andexposure to areas to help further your career within the finance industry.Your responsibilitiesAssist the Finance Manager in the running of the Finance DepartmentProcess clients withdrawals and depositsGeneral banking dutiesManaging external payment provider platformsFinancial reconciliation responsibilities e.g. card payments reconciliationAssist with client money segregation duties (CASS)Assist with FCA Gabriel reporting - financial reportsActively work and contribute to increasing efficiency of systems, controls andprocesses.Our requirementsExcellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and writtenA-level qualified.
