Junior Financial Accountant

Job descriptionLocation: Dokki – Full-time, OnsiteAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Financial Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, support month-end closing, and ensure accurate financial reporting that supports the company’s growth and operations.Key Responsibilities :Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeepingHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPrepare and review financial statements and reportsReconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularlyAssist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysisMaintain organized and accurate documentation of financial recordsEnsure compliance with accounting principles and internal policiesSupport month-end and year-end closing processesCoordinate with internal departments and external auditors when requiredUse accounting software and tools to record and monitor transactionsRequirements :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of professional accounting experienceStrong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reportingExperience with accounting systems/software (ERP is a plus)Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong communication and organizational skillsApply if you're ready to:Work smart.
