Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position is an exciting opportunity for: A recent Graduate who is looking to start their career in an exciting roleA new professional with one year experience who is looking to take on a new challengeIn this role, you will support in delivering the financial strategy and financial reporting to the group through collaboration with teams and working with external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Take a hands-on approach in conducting financial reporting activities throughout the entire process.Lead the development of reporting and analysis systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and align financial objectives.Assist the Head of Finance in handling all financial aspects related to the designated scope, offering valuable insights and strategic input.Collaborate closely with the internal teams, including finance & M&A teams, offering support and expertise ensuring ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices.Drive the setup and optimisation of reporting automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or a related field.Proactive self-starter who remains adaptable and works effectively as part of a teamExcellent analytical and communication skillsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary plus benefits.How to ApplyFor a confidential discussion, please apply with your CV or contact me directly at Sarah.McHugh@hireforce.ie.
