You will report directly to the Group’s CFO and support daily accounting operations, monthly closings, reporting and financial analysis.This is a full-time role based ideally in Bordeaux with frequent travel to Bourcefranc and with a flexible hybrid work model.Primary functions / tasks:· Process day-to-day accounting entries· Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings· Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets· Track actual performance against budget and prior years’ performance and identify variances,their drivers and emerging trends· Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics· Support management team and the Group’s CFO with data-driven analysis· Contribute to internal controls and compliance processes· Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts· Work closely with external auditors and advisorsProfile / Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (Master’s is a strong plus)· 2-3 years of relevant accounting or financial controller experience, ideally in a French company or international environment· Excellent knowledge of French GAAP and local tax regulations· Strong Excel and accounting software skills · Attention to detail and organizational skills· Fluent in French and business-proficient in English (written and spoken)· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations· Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities· Proactive mindset, comfortable working in dynamic and fast-growing environmentsWHAT WE OFFER· Competitive salary based on experience ( salary range of 30-35 K€)· Opportunity to work in a sustainable, fast-growing and internationally recognized company· Exposure to cross-functional teams· Flexible work model· Professional development opportunities within the GroupHOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in joining a passionate and dynamic team, please send your CV and a short motivation letter to s.sance@groupe-ostrea.frWe look forward to hearing from you
