Don't hesitate, come and join us!Description:The Junior Finance OPEX Controller contributes to the operational management of the company by taking part in:Analysis of OPEX by region, country, function, and support in explaining variancesSupport the preparation of monthly Operating Expense (OPEX) reports.Monitor and analyze actual expenses versus budget, providing explanations for variances, particularly in relation to the central marketing team’s spending.Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes for departmental and country-level expenses.Support with cost allocation and reclassification processes between central teams and subsidiaries.Maintain and enhance financial models and tracking/reporting tools.Participate in process improvement initiatives (e.g., mapping chart of accounts, data management in reporting system, etc.).Support the FP&A Manager in maintaining operational and consolidation files on the following topics:Support during month-end closing:Revenue reconciliationReview of analytical allocations (OPEX)Support in preparation of material for business reviewSales reporting by country/product and explanation of variances vs. budgetProfitability analysis by product/geography, including Price/Volume/Mix analysisSales budget and forecast, including long-term plansOPEX Budget and ForecastAd hoc analyses (business cases, inventory analysis, Backorders etc.)Qualification Requirements:Master 1 or 2 business school with specialization in finance under apprenticeship contractPrevious Experience In An Internation CompanyPrevious experience in controlling/FP&A departmentTechnical competencies:Sales/margin analysisOpex analysisBudgeting and forecastingFluent in English/French (Portuguese is a plus)Soft skills:Dynamic and proactiveAdaptable to fast changing situationsBalt Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.More information please go to www.baltgroup.com
