You’ll help shape gameplay systems, mechanics, and levels that keep players engaged and excited. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who plays a wide variety of games, loves understanding what makes them fun, and has the curiosity and math skills to design great experiences.ResponsibilitiesBrainstorm and prototype fun, engaging game mechanics and features.,Balance game systems using data, logic, and math-driven analysis.,Work closely with artists, developers, and producers to bring designs to life.,Create and maintain game design documentation.,Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve gameplay.,Contribute fresh ideas for game content, levels, and monetization systems.,Stay updated on current gaming trends, especially in mobile F2P titles.,RequirementsPassion for gaming where you will be playing and analysing mobile games regularly.Strong creativity and problem-solving mindset.Solid understanding of basic game loops, systems, and player motivation.Good mathematical ability who is comfortable with numbers, balancing, and probability.Clear communication and teamwork skills.Basic familiarity with tools like Unity, Unreal, or spreadsheet-based balancing.Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).Nice to HaveExperience building or modding small games (even academic or personal projects).,Knowledge of level design, UX, or game economy design.,Interest in data-driven game development and player analytics.
