Junior Graphic Designer / 3D ArtistDepartment: Creative & Design Reports To: Creative Head / Strategy DepartmentRole Summary: Kollaage Concepts is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer / 3D Artist to join its creative team. The role involves developing high-quality visual concepts and 3D designs for outdoor, experiential, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, a solid grasp of design fundamentals, and the ability to visualize campaign ideas across print, digital, and spatial formats.Key Responsibilities:Design creative layouts, visuals, and mockups for OOH campaigns, activations, and brand materials.Create 3D visualizations and renders for installations, booths, pods, or other structural elements.Assist in developing brand communication materials, event graphics, and presentation visuals.Adapt and resize visuals for multiple formats — billboards, streamers, standees, social media, and print.Collaborate with the Creative, Operations, and Client Servicing teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with brand requirements.Prepare files and artwork for printing, fabrication, and production.Contribute fresh design ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.1–2 years of professional experience in a creative, OOH, or advertising agency environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp.Strong sense of composition, color, and typography.Ability to handle multiple design tasks under tight deadlines.Portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D creative work.Salary: 70,000-100,000 (Negotiable) Location: Lahore
