Junior Graphic Designers collaborate with senior designers, clients, and team members to understand design requirements and objectives. They assist in developing design solutions that effectively communicate messages and align with project goals. By leveraging their creative skills and design software knowledge, they contribute to the production of various design assets across different mediums, including print, digital, and social media.Junior Graphic Designers work under the guidance of senior designers to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in their design deliverables. They assist in the creation of layouts, selecting appropriate typography, and incorporating visual elements to enhance the overall visual appeal.Support the design team in creating visually compelling designs, gaining hands-on experience, and developing their skills in various design aspects. Junior Graphic Designers play a crucial role in assisting the team to deliver high-quality designs that effectively communicate messages and contribute to the overall success of design projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the creation and production of various marketing collateral outputs through AI tools, delivering high-quality and visually appealing designsSupport the development of visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate the organization's message and objectivesCollaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet stakeholder expectationsExecute design tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelinesPerform administrative tasks using Google Sheets, Google Drive and other tools, ensuring accurate documentation and project alignment for design requestsContribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to generate new ideas and conceptsTake ownership of assigned design projects, managing time and resources effectively to meet deadlinesSeek feedback from senior designers and incorporate revisions to refine design concepts and deliver high-quality workDevelop a strong understanding of the organization's brand identity and apply it consistently across all design projectsUtilize design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to help create and refine designsActively participate in design critiques, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledgeAdapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWho you areYou are a proactive, innovative problem-solver with a focus on sustainable and scalable solutions. You love to stay abreast of the latest digital updates in order to provide partners with cutting-edge design capabilities, being fully aware of the most current design trends.Further requirements 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, either through internships, freelance work, or entry-level positionsProficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout designFamiliarity with creating visual assets for both print and digital platformsUnderstanding of file formats and specifications for different mediumsStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlinesAbility to take direction and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholdersStrong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBasic knowledge of print production processes and specifications (preferred, but not required)Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creativity and technical skillsSHE requirements:Employees:Employees are responsible for performing their duties in line with the SHE (Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Protection) Guidelines and the applicable law.
