Junior Health and Benefits Consultant / Broker

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Mercer Benefits is a world leader in workplace health and benefits. The Mercer Health and Benefits team provides broking, consulting and technology support to build the right benefits strategy for businesses and its employees.As a Consultant you’ll advise a wide range of clients in order to help them assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees.You’ll be joining a team of expert consultants and brokers and learn from the best practices of the benefits consulting market.
