We work alongside leading local business owners and conglomerates in sectors such as real estate, FMCG, hotels, restaurants, and destination development.As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Hospitality Project Manager to support and work closely with our Senior Consultants. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of operational hospitality experience, who is looking to transition into project development and consulting.Candidates with a background in Tourism or Hospitality Management, or in Business Management with proven hospitality experience, are strongly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Senior Consultant on active client projects across hospitality and F&BParticipate in concept development for new hospitality and restaurant venturesConduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic positioningContribute to operational development: SOPs, service flows, layout input, recruitment planning, etc.Support the monitoring of project budgets, supplier quotes, and CapEx trackingCoordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverablesAct as a liaison between stakeholders: owners, designers, suppliers, operational teamsAssist in sourcing and procurement (FF&E and OS&E) aligned with concept and budgetPrepare the client deliverables: presentations, reports, documentationAttend meetings, produce meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on key actionsProfile & RequirementsDegree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business AdministrationMinimum 2 years of professional experience in hospitality operations, development, or project coordinationStrong interest in hospitality concept creation, business modeling, and operationsHighly organized, autonomous, and solution-orientedExcellent communication skills in English (Khmer or French is a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Canva or project tools is a plusProfessional attitude and ability to work in multicultural teams and fast-paced environmentsJob DetailsLocation: Phnom Penh, CambodiaContract: Full-time, Monday to FridaySalary: Competitive and based on experience, from 400$ per monthNSSF
