Indicatively: Talent Acquisition: participation in the recruitment process for staffing the organizational units supported by the Department (preparation of job descriptions, monitoring of publication of job advertisements, coordination and/or execution of interviews). Learning & Development: data management related to the training needs of the organizational units supported by the Department, participation in the monitoring and coordination of the implementation of employee training and development programs. Reporting: creation of reports by using tools to support decision-making and action plan developmentProvides support to employees, as an additional point of contact, in close collaboration with the relevant departments of the Group of Human Resources and Organization General Division and focuses on prompt serviceParticipates in internal communications/initiatives and contributes to the development of a positive corporate cultureMonitors the implementation of projects, under the responsibility of the Department, through statistical data and project management toolsPrepares presentations and manages large data filesRequirements: Bachelor’s degree from a University or CollegeMaster's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or Business Administration or related subjects will be considered an additional qualificationUp to two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position, with emphasis on Talent Acquisition and/or HR ReportingKnowledge of Power BI will be considered an additional qualificationKnowledge of HRMS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) will be considered an additional qualificationGood knowledge of the English languageKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and InternetCompetencies:Accountability and results orientationTeamwork and collaborationEffective communicationCustomer orientationPersonal developmentAdaptabilityBenefits: Inclusive working environmentContinuous training and participation in development activitiesGroup health and life insurance programReduced electricity consumption invoice
