Job Description

Our company is looking for a Junior HR Specialist who wants to develop a career in Human Resources while also contributing to employer branding, organizational culture, and employee relations activities in an international environment.If you are a proactive, empathetic person eager to make a positive impact within our team, we encourage you to apply for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct exit interviews and evaluation interviews, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.Support the management of employee relations matters and disciplinary investigation procedures.Organize and support cultural activities and internal events (Romanian–Chinese festivals, intercultural trainings, company internal events).Manage and update the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Maps, etc.) by publishing news, photos, videos, and other informational materials.Provide support in organizing professional development and training activities.Manage statistics and records related to office supplies consumption.Process administrative documents in the OA system (invoices, contracts, reimbursements, etc.).Provide administrative support for Chinese colleagues, including document management and assistance in the process of obtaining residence permits and visas.RequirementsGood knowledge of English.Fast learner with a strong desire for professional development.Organized and results-oriented person.Interest in Asian culture.Photo editing skills are considered an advantage.Driving license is an advantage.
