Junior Information Technology Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities - Business AnalystAct as a bridge between stakeholders to elicit, gather, and analyze requirements, translating business needs into clear, actionable, and technically feasible specifications.Ensure all project deliverables (BRD, SRS, use cases, mockups) align with both internal and external stakeholder expectations.Participate in defining project scope, priorities, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure an accurate understanding and effective implementation of requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to conduct UAT and facilitate the release of product features to clients.Monitor and report project progress regularly, proposing measures to improve efficiency.Assist in presenting proposed solutions to partners (e.g., government agencies).Additional Responsibilities - Project Documentation ManagementPrepare and compile project documentation, including technical descriptions, solution proposals, implementation plans, cost estimates, project schedules, and contractor capability profiles.Prepare bidding and tender documents in compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Circular No. 23/2021/TT-BTTTT, Circular No. 24/2020/TT-BTTTT).Review and verify technical requirements in bidding documents, prepare compliance checklists, and coordinate with internal departments to finalize submission packages.Track and manage project progress, and assist with acceptance testing and payment procedures.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields.Knowledge of IT project management, bidding procedures, and relevant legal regulations.Proficiency in process analysis, requirements documentation (BRD, SRS), BPMN/UML, mockup design, and project planning.Strong skills in preparing and compiling technical, legal, and financial documents.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.Experience in bidding/tender preparation and software implementation (GIS, ERP, IoT, digital mapping).English: reading comprehension required.BenefitsSHUI in accordance with the law.Annual leave in compliance with the Labor Code.Seniority allowance and trade union benefits.13th-month salary (based on actual annual performance).Project commission.Kindly send your CV via: khoann@iotlink.com.vn
