Junior IT Business Analyst

We pride ourselves on innovation and teamwork, and we’re looking for a talented Junior IT Business Analyst to join our growing team.Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user observation.Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.Support the creation of process flow diagrams, user stories, and wireframes.Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and identify process improvements.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in creating test cases or test scripts.Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology solutions.Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role (fresh graduates welcome to apply).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.Having knowledge related to SAP configuration is a plus point.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, or Figma is a plus.Excellent communication and documentation skills (in English and Bahasa Indonesia).Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
