Junior IT Delivery Manager

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products Be a productive member of the team. RequirementsKey Responsibilities Support and monitor ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of all operational processes. Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and drive continuous process improvements. Actively participate in key-user meetings, project alignment sessions, and sprint reviews. Collaborate closely with Service Coordinators and Service Managers to maintain stable operations and ensure business continuity. Take ownership of assigned action items and drive them to successful completion. Conduct quality assurance checks for releases and service transitions. Partner with IT suppliers and internal teams to implement and sustain service enhancements. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field) with relevant professional experience in IT applications development; a Master’s degree is an advantage. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a complex IT environment. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles; ITIL certification preferred.
