This role focuses on providing first-level technical support to the teams operation, ensuring smooth operations and helping employees resolve IT issues quickly. You will work closely with our Senior Director of Technology Operations and gain hands-on experience with enterprise tools.Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Junior IT Helpdesk SupportManage and resolve IT tickets through our ticketing system (Linear Asks)Process user access requests and account creation in OktaTroubleshoot account lockouts, including Okta and MFA resetsProvide basic technical support for Mac devices (our primary platform)Assist with Google Workspace issues, including Drive, Meet, and GmailSupport Slack-related technical issuesHandle 1Password password manager supportCommunicate effectively with end-users, providing clear explanations of technical solutionsEscalate complex issues to the Director of Tech Ops when neededWhat we are looking for:To be successful in this role you must…Have an experience with macOSKnowledge of Okta identity managementStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and prioritize tickets effectivelyFamiliarity with Google Workspace administrationPreferably have an experience with Slack administrationUnderstanding of basic networking and VPN troubleshootingKnowledge of mobile device management (Kandji for Mac, Intune for PC)What Life at Awesome CX by Transcom is likeAwesome CX by Transcom inclusive culture is rooted in wellness & fun.
