You will gain broad exposure to national campaigns and dealer/service network documentation.About Your Team:You will report directly to the Legal Manager in Australia. You will also be supported by the Legal & Compliance Department at Geely Headquarters (China) for specialist guidance, global policies and cross-border matters (e.g. privacy/data, IP, compliance frameworks).You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, Product, IT, Finance to deliver timely, business-focused legal support.Key Responsibilities:Commercial agreementsDraft, review and format supplier/service agreements, statements of work, NDAs, promotional T&Cs and standard forms.Prepare concise contract summaries and deviation/risk tables.Marketing materials & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)Review campaign/retail materials for ACL compliance.Maintain disclaimer templates and guidance notes; ensure retail offers are accurate and consistent.Customer complaints & dispute supportdraft response templates, maintain complaint registers and evidence packs, and escalate issues promptly.Compliance & regulatory researchResearch and draft plain-English briefs on relevant laws and standards.Maintain the compliance calendar, policy library and training records.Corporate governance (as needed)Assist with board documents, resolutions and minute drafting; maintain tidy statutory and corporate records; support ASIC lodgements.Qualifications:2 years’ relevant legal experience (in-house or private practice) or strong paralegal background in commercial/marketing compliance.Law degree (LLB/JD). Australian admission (or in progress).Sound drafting skills for agreements and marketing disclaimers; strong attention to detail and organisation.Working knowledge of the ACL, Privacy Act/APPs, and Franchising Code of Conduct.Fluent Mandarin is preferred.DesirableAutomotive, retail or consumer-product experience.Experience with dealer/service channels or network standards.Familiarity with complaints handling frameworks and evidence logs.Mandarin language skills advantageous for overseas coordination.Office & Transport:Newly renovated modern office with electric adjustable sit-stand desks.Only a 4-minute walk from Macquarie Park Metro station to our office, easy driving access via A3, Epping Rd, and M2 nearby.
