Then this may be the opportunity for you.About The RoleThe role covers a set of planning, forecasting & analytical activities that support business decisions and help understanding of overall financial health by combining financial, operational and external data in one place. It involves supporting strategic planning, leading Annual Operating Planning (AOP), supporting landing, managing performance analysis, and generating insights on strategic market and regional level.AccountabilitiesHigh quality stakeholder management Act like an owner to manage overhead costs proactively and with a long-term perspective, improve processes and create possibility for further automation to improve wow, reduce workload. Lead the annual planning, deliver monthly reporting/causals/analysis and actively work/collaborate with budget holders/functions (HR/Legal/etc) and increase financial accuracy. Ensure early visibility of gaps, risks & opportunities and any contingencies are shared and reviewed when addressing gaps, coupled with actions defined leading to the right outcomes. Ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to in line with the internal (CARM) and external requirements. Works with moderate levels of independency, solving a range of problem within their area of responsibility.Analyses possible solutions based on knowledge and experience of procedures, best practices and the business context.Understands key business drivers and the external market.Applies judgement and is accountable for own work. May provide guidance to new team members or lead workstreams of projects as applicable.The impact of the work will be felt across others in the team and may impact a range of customer, operational or service activities in other teams.May require a need to collaborate and communicate complex or sensitive information and build consensus with others. QualificationsDegree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ businessFinancial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred4-5 years’ experience in relevant areaStrong accounting experienceGood accounting knowledgeExperience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environmentExperience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantageHave an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision makingFluent English knowledge Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
