Junior Marketer - European Growth Market

To support the marketing and commercialization operations of the Growth Markets business unit by handling executional and administrative tasks that enable the senior team to focus on strategy, market development, and customer relationships.In this role, you will focus on: Commercial & Marketing SupportAssist with promotional decks, sell-in materials, trade presentationsCoordinate local adaptation of brand assets and label managementUpload and manage regulatory documents and approval workflows Cross-functional Project ManagementLiaise between Growth Markets and internal departments (R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Commercialization)Follow up on action plans from meetings and ensure smooth execution across the board Reporting & Data ManagementConsolidate A&M spend trackers, sales reports, Juice Council inputMaintain and update distributor scorecards and promotional calendars Operational EfficiencySchedule and organize market visits, product samples, and activation kitsServe as team support for presentations and event planningThis list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.The successful candidate will be : 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, marketing coordination, or commercial supportHighly organized and proactive with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural remote environmentFluent in English; additional language(s) a plusStrong PowerPoint and Excel skillsThis role is based in Colombes ( Ile de France ) and it will be required to come to the office 2-3 days a week.
