Job Description – Junior Marketing Manager:Including, but not limited to:In essence, The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, increase brand presence, and enhance the company's reputation across various platforms. This role requires a dynamic and analytical individual who can identify new lead-generation opportunities, optimise marketing costs, and ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and strategic skills, a creative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Supplier Management:Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for debt review and insurance services.Manage relationships with lead suppliers to ensure consistent and quality lead flow.Explore alternative lead generation avenues to reduce reliance on single suppliers and diversify lead sources.Identify and secure cost-effective leads to optimise return on investment (ROI).Continuously analyse lead performance and adjust strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Ensure a balanced mix of internal and external lead sources to mitigate risk and enhance lead diversity.Brand Building and Awareness:Develop and execute brand-building strategies through TV ads and across all social media platforms.Ensure consistent and compelling messaging aligned with the company’s identity and values.Manage and grow the company’s online and offline presence to increase visibility and engagement.Oversee the creation of high-quality content to strengthen brand credibility and audience connection.Implement and manage brand partnerships to increase brand exposure and mutual benefits.SEO and Online Reputation Management:Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and visibility.Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback to enhance the company’s reputation.Actively engage with customers on social media and other platforms to foster positive interactions.Manage crisis communication and resolve negative publicity promptly and professionally.Marketing Reporting and Performance Analysis:Develop and maintain detailed reports on marketing performance and growth metrics (e.g., audience reached, engagement rates, conversion rates).Analyse lead generation performance, including the source, quality, and cost of leads (internal vs. external).Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and efficiency.Track competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Present monthly and quarterly reports to senior management with actionable insights.Public Relations and Media Engagement:Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists.Draft and distribute press releases to promote company news and initiatives.Secure positive media coverage through strategic public relations efforts.Represent the company on platforms like Ontbyt Sake to enhance industry credibility.Respond to media inquiries and manage the company’s public image.Company Information (CI) and Brand Consistency:Ensure that Company Information (CI) is accurately documented and standardised across all platforms.Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.Update and refine marketing materials to reflect the latest company positioning and offerings.Key Competencies and Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly tech-savvy with a passion for exploring innovative marketing solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong leadership and team management skills.A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance evaluation.Proactive and adaptable to changing market conditions.
