This is a full-time on site role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support day-to-day marketing activities, assist in campaign execution, and help strengthen our brand presenceResponsibilities:Support the Marketing team in daily marketing tasks and digital strategy implementation.Design and send newsletters using email marketing platforms.Perform customer and lead segmentation based on sales data and marketing funnel analysis.Create and schedule engaging content and social media posts.Assist in planning and organizing exhibitions, events, printed publications, and editorial features.Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Manage and update website content (e.g., blog posts, product updates), optimizing content based on SEO principles.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.Assist in the preparation of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.Monitor and analyze key marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, conversion rates, web traffic) to optimize future strategies.Support daily administrative tasks of the Marketing and Sales team.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, internship, or similar position.Fluent in Greek and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).Experience with CRM Platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailerlite) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Team player with creativity and adaptability.Experience with e-commerce platforms Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center is a plus.Confidentiality Assured: All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
