Job descriptionCompany DescriptionMINRAF is the leading manufacturer of automotive springs in Egypt since 1939.Due to huge expansions in process, we are looking for a qualified Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with proven experience in related technicalities. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer located in El Obour. The Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:equipment maintenancepreventive maintenanceinstallation of electrical components, machines and gadgetstroubleshooting and repairs whenever there is a breakdown. Job responsibilities: Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all Mechanical & Hydraulic equipment, components, and installationsProvide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possibleEnsure that equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activitiesInstallation of fresh mechanical & hydraulic components and fittingsRecommend replacement for old or faulty mechanical & hydraulic components or fittings to the managementAssist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the mechanical & hydraulic departmentKeep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s mechanical & hydraulic equipmentWorking in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing processPerform energy audit and recommend alternative sources of energyHelp the organization to reduce energy costsEnsure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are switched off after close of work dailyFix and maintain mechanical & hydraulic fixtures and fittingsTroubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance servicesLearn new skills and attend training programs in other to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industryProvide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure mechanical & hydraulic induced accidents and mishaps are preventedTake steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making appropriate recommendations to managementPurchase mechanical & hydraulic fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibilityProvide 24 hours a day maintenance services or assign technical staff to do soSupervise mechanical & hydraulic works when new projects are undertakenSupport the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or hydraulic Engineering with overall cumulative grade of Very Good at least.Experience in a similar position from 3 to 7 years in a manufacturing company IndustryMotor Vehicle ManufacturingEmployment TypeFull-time
