We focus on providing innovative digital, hybrid, and security solutions to large organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Our expertise enables us to help reduce the complexity, risks and costs associated with digital and hybrid transformation.The successful candidate will report to the technical solutions delivery team. They will be working on a project to migrate and merge legacy Citrix environments and upgrading of existing environments to current releases.Working Excellent Skills In The Following Areas Are RequiredCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktop (6.5 to current LTSR versions).Citrix Provisioning ServicesCitrix Federated Authentication Service Experience.Citrix Workspace Environment Manager.Citrix Licensing.Citrix Storefront.Citrix Director, reporting, alerting, and monitoring.Management of hosted shared desktops as well as VDI.Other Knowledge and Abilities5+ years with configuration and support of Citrix products and technologies.Knowledge of TCP/IP and interoperability with various network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.Knowledge of Citrix Netscaler is an advantage.Knowledge of MS Windows and VMware operating systems.Knowledge of information security techniques to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.Ability to troubleshoot application installation and compatibility issues in a muti user environment.Ability to organise and support the end user migration process from one Citrix environment to another.Ability to own technical issues and drive them to resolution, working with specialist team members as required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate with other employees in the company in both technical and non-technical roles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work.Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors, and customers.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday (4PM-1AM; Manila time)Work Setup (WFH)Permanent HomebasedEquipment will be provided by the companyCandidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.By clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
