The Junior Nursery Manager will oversee nursery activities, including plant care and maintenance, ensuring best practices in nursery management and safeguarding. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring plant health, managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and upholding policies for safeguarding children and others who may interact with the site.QualificationsStrong communication skills for interacting with team members and other stakeholdersAbility to coordinate and lead a team effectivelyProblem-solving and decision-making skillsBasic understanding of agricultural practices; experience in pistachio or similar orchards is a bonusA degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required
