Junior Order Administrator

ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation and processing of quotes and orders submitted by the partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP.Assist in processing and managing software licenses/keys and assets.Review purchase orders and other documents for adherence to Hexagon ALI policies and procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to interpret and follow legal agreements for order delivery and administration.Monitor order status and communicate any issues or delays to customers and suppliers.Work closely with sales representatives to ensure smooth order handling and fulfillment.Assist with issuing accurate invoices upon delivery of orders and preparing related documentation.Professionally communicate with internal and external customers to identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues.Support other administrative duties as required for the success of the department.Prioritize assigned tasks and work across multiple business systems to complete requests.Prepare simple or ad hoc reports for management under supervision.#SIG2025Education / QualificationsProfessional experience in customer service, order administration, or a similar role is an advantage.Alternatively, recent graduates with relevant internships or administrative experience are encouraged to apply.Very good command of spoken and written English (business proficiency).Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel.Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Great Plains or similar is an advantage).Ability to quickly learn new software tools and business processes.Strong communication and analytical skills.Fast learner with a high degree of social competence and attention to detail.Team-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic international environment.Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners across different countries.Self-driven individual with a proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges.#SIG2025About HexagonHexagon is the global leader in enterprise software, empowering organizations to build a safer, more sustainable and efficient future.
