We build trust, and value long-term partnerships that allow our customers, and our team to grow together.We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to advance in the position of Junior Payment Support Specialist.Responsibilities:Set, maintain and optimize the process between the merchant and Payment providers;Design and monitor reports that will help collect relevant data about payment methods and its performance;Keep up to date with the industry best practices in payments processing and recommend implementations as per the business needs;Optimization and automation across all payments related verticals (costs, performance and approval rates, user experience etc.);Develop new operational workflows to increase efficiency across the department;Provide assistance to Compliance, Marketing, Risk, and Customer Support teams.Requirements:Fluency in English – both written and spoken;Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office);Attention to details and accuracy;Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;Available to work in shifts (including evening shifts) and weekends.Advantage:Payments or Finance backgroundUnderstanding of the online payments environment;Previous experience with Zendesk or other ticketingUniversity degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance - would be considered a great advantage);What to expect from us:Competitive remuneration package and social benefits;Friendly environment with colleagues ready to share their experience;Opportunity to turn your ideas and approach into real implementation;Full-time employment and labor contract;Health insurance from the very first month;Regular Happy hours each Friday;Food and Birthday gift vouchers, Newborn bonus;Team-building events and activities;Great location in Office Park Plovdiv, Blvd Svoboda 65.If you are interested, please send us CV in English.All applications will of course be treated in the strictest confidentiality.Only the short-listed candidates will be contacted!
