We deliver proactive IT management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and end-user support across a range of industries including healthcare, government, and professional services.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Junior PC-Network Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, highly responsive, and enjoys solving technical problems in a professional environment. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career within a dynamic and supportive MSP team.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for technical support at the client site.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to PC hardware, Windows desktops, servers, printers, and software applications.Perform routine system maintenance and user account management (Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.).Monitor system performance and network connectivity, escalating issues as needed.Provide support for networking devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.Assist with onboarding of new users and deployment of new equipment.Communicate effectively with both the client’s staff and Benchmark’s remote support team.Document all activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor at all times.Skills and Experience1–3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop and server environments.Hands-on experience with PC hardware and peripherals.Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policies.Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless.Skilled in problem-solving and customer relationship building.Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and related collaboration tools.Experience working with multiple clients or in an MSP environment is a plus.Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, etc.) are preferred but not required.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and certification support.Exposure to diverse technologies and business environments.Supportive team culture that values learning and innovation.
