Junior PMO Analyst

This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic initiatives, and the chance to develop your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoSupport programme governance and ensure compliance with PMO standards.Maintain RAIDD logs and assist with risk and issue management.Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and capture key decisions.Prepare accurate reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.Track resource allocation and maintain programme documentation.Provide administrative and analytical support to Programme Managers and PMO.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.What We’re Looking ForStrong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills—able to work collaboratively and independently.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.A practical, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.What You’ll GainExposure to large-scale, strategic programmes across EMEA.Interaction with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Opportunity to develop PMO expertise in a global financial environment.Pontoon Solutions is an employment consultancy.
