Junior Product Designer

Revuze is an AI Enterprise SaaS company that helps the world’s leading brands truly understand their customers. Using advanced AI and machine learning, we analyze Voice of Customer data from reviews, surveys, social, and service channels and turn it into actionable insights. Our platform empowers CPG brands to streamline market research, drive product innovation, enhance marketing effectiveness, and optimize e-commerce performance.We’re looking for a junior designer to join our team and take a strategic role in building our products.Responsibilities: ● Work closely with senior product designers, product managers, and developers to understand business requirements and user needs. ● Translate complex ideas and concepts into simple, intuitive, and beautiful user experiences (UX/UI). ● Create diverse design deliverables throughout the process — from wireframes and user flows to interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups. ● Collaborate regularly with development teams to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation of designs. ● Help maintain and expand our Design System. ● Participate in user research and usability testing processes. ● Be the voice of the user and design excellence within the team.Requirements: Requirements (What are we looking for?)● A strong and impressive portfolio – this is the main requirement. It should demonstrate product thinking, UX processes, and UI skills (can include academic projects, conceptual work, or detailed case studies). ● Full proficiency in Figma – our primary design tool. ● Deep understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, typography, color theory, and composition. ● Pixel-perfect mindset and obsessive attention to detail. ● Genuine passion for product design, solving complex problems, and a strong desire to learn and grow. ● High level of self-learning ability and proactivity. ● Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. ● High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).Advantages:● Degree in Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or another relevant field (from a recognized institution). ● Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments, complex system design, or data visualization. ● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
