Junior Product Manager

Medicair SA is a rapidly growing company, developing and manufacturing generic medicines in a broad range of categories. It produces and distributes branded generics and medical devices in the pharmaceutical forms of solids, semi-solids, liquids and sprays as well as food supplements and cosmetics. MEDICAIR is now offering a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to hire a highly motivated and talented Junior Product Manager to join our team.Location: Pallini, GreeceSo, what are you going to do?Collaborate with the product team to define the product vision and strategy.Participate in the setting of the objectives and key results.Participate in building a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overall strategy of the department and the company.Working with the developers to deliver quality products within the expected timeline.Regular visits and interviews with customers and non-customers to identify current market trends and present the corporate plan inside and outside the borders.Ensures alignment of marketing efforts with corporate goals.Support the KPI definition and control (creation, threshold value determination etc).Stay up-to-date with pharmaceutical industry trends and market developments.And what have you got?Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, Marketing or a related field.At least 2 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Familiarity with marketing tools and data analysis techniques.Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What’s in it for you?Competitive salary package💸Health insurance coverage 🙏Continuous learning & development 🎓Internal Career Opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 💼
